We had an apartment which was great for our 4 night stay. Very clean, very attentive staff. Great location.
The only thing I was disappointed in was breakfast. You have to order your food and the service was very very slow. After experiencing that the first morning we ordered room service the second. We asked for it at 7am and it was delivered at 730am. If you don’t have anything planned for your days this works fine but if you have plans you need to plan for a long breakfast experience.

Smaller and personal hotel where you are well looked after. Great location for sightseeing and shopping and just across the road from Green Park. Subway is a 10 minute walk.
Great sized room and exceptionally comfortable bed for a good nights sleep.

- Friendly and helpful staff
- location was decent in Mayfair
- Room interior needs to be refreshed - the carpet was saggy and not taut, too many mirrors and dated design
- Room was right outside the lift despite asking for a room far from the lift because I wanted a quiet room. Perhaps it was the room type I booked but the staff could have advised me on that
- Housekeeping was poor - did not clear the plate with half-eaten snacks. I asked for more water but they gave me less. Did not replenish laundry bag in the wardrobe
