A bit expensive for what it is. Not all rooms are completely renovated so if you re lucky and get a new one in the renovated part of the hotel it is great. Some mould in the bathroom grout.

All the staff - from reception to house keeping - very helpful and respectful. Central location, within walking distance to many amenities, shopping, and transport, and yet, very quiet. The room over the Barracks was very clean and a comfortable mattress. Own coffee machine, kettle, and room service. The restaurant is very enjoyable with a good view over main road, if you like. If you're having breakfast, I do recommend the delicious granola which is homemade. Very crunchy, plenty of fresh berries, with the right amount of sweetness. The best! Overall, a splendid stay.

I couldn't enjoy the amenities in the room as I have specific dietary needs. No caffeine free drinks (to the best of my knowledge, as the coffee pods didn't have any details), limited tea options, and the biscuits contained gluten. So I only had the water! Also, the duvet was a bit hot even with the AC on all night :(

The location is great and staff were pleasant.

We stayed in a Chelsea Suit, and honestly it really wasn’t worth the upgrade. The room was very tired and old. Very small too. The mattress was 2 twins pushed together which left a very hard line straight through the middle. Stains on the carpet from radiator leaks. Just very small, old and tired.
