Lovely grounds and interesting main building
There was an air of dilapidated facilities in the Stable block. We had to move rooms because of the awful damp, mouldy smell in our room . Staff were great, but I noticed that our new room had been well aired with a window left open - 24 hours at least before we requested a change .
Bathrooms really needed an update as they looked tired.
It wasn’t cheap to stay there and we have stayed in plenty of cheaper, better and more comfortable places.
