Great location
Lack of attention to detail. Free toiletries were 3 small soaps. There were 2 sachets of coffee and when I asked about this. The manager said he wasn’t responsible for the advertising and they no longer provided body wash, shampoo or conditioner. There was free wi-fi but the password wasn’t provided. It was impossible to stream to the tv. There was a spa with the pool but it had soapy bubbles.

Smaller building compared to the higher building around you but well maintained very close to the beach would recommend a stay here

Location is excellent. Flat walk to public transport or direct to beach, shops, surf clubs etc.
The cleaning left a lot to be desired. Dust, mouldy shower, sticky tile floors, rippled carpet, dirty doona and blanket, dirty balcony and water damage in bathroom. 6B is quite dated.
