It's a fair value for the money. Location: the hotel is not too far from MG road. Nice staff

It's definitely not a 5-star hotel, as it's being advertised. The room looked slightly run-down, but was clean. Breakfast was a bit chaotic. I was asked to vacate the table for other people while waiting for my order which they forgot about.

Location, Staff

Rooms were dated. Bathroom was a mess. The water ended up leaking from shower area to the rest of the bathroom. The staff send a technician but he didn’t seem to know what to do. Ended up doing a “jugaad” fix.

Great room and facilities. Super staff and generally the food was excellent and offered a great variety.

Some smaller details - There was construction work in front of our room that made the stay noisy. Infact, we had to walk across a series of rugs and work equipment to reach our room. The hair dryer was connected in an usafe way to the mains. it wasnt very safe to use.

They gave a room where renovation work was going on.. it took a while for them to move us to a. new room only after our complaint. Wondering why they allocated room in a floor where work was ongoing. Some small issues in the toilet. Wash basin hot water not coming . We have to request for additional toiletries for the 3 adult when they already knew about the additional person. . I have stayed before this visit and it.used to be good. Also I had made prepayment in booking.com, but the reception insisted on paying at the hotel again and my earlier payment.got credited.
