St Mark's Hotel Bengaluru, a member of Radisson Individuals

This hotel stands strong for more than 30 years, yet my experience with the place was as though the hotel is brand new. The rooms were spacious, the towels were perfumed, the housekeeping were prompt and each and every staff member were courteous. Due to the jet lag and my early arrival, I couldn't make my payment properly, yet the team at the front desk told me to take rest and make my payment in the morning after breakfast. The breakfast counter is very well managed, and the Manager himself takes personal interest ensuring proper replenishment and the customers are comfortable. There is hot water running 24x7. Even during my early morning check-out the staff asked me if I wanted some fruits packed for the morning. Each and every moment spent in this Hotel made me feel very much at home. I highly recommend this place. Their roof top restaurant staff suggested me their best sellers be it the food or the drinks. Every single staff here is amazing.

While the restaurant staff were very accommodating and service was excellent the food itself was mediocre. The south Indian food was well prepared but in general the food was very mediocre
