room is well maintained and equipped. wifi is great. bed and everything - all fine. Service is amazing, kudos to the Manager and everyone working there! Breakfast also amazing, on roof top. Locaiton is really good too

The staff and manager were incredibly helpful and friendly and made me feel very welcome the minute I arrived in my taxi. Exceptional service. The room was a good size, comfortable, and quiet. Hotel is very close to Brigade Street shopping street

Location. Friendly staff at the rooftop. They tried their best despite the limitations they had.

Sweaty stench in the bathroom did not go away despite the supervised “deep” cleaning. Shower hot water control stopped working. After more than half a day’s “examination”, the staff declared that yes, indeed, it was non functional! They filed a report with the repair services they out-source to fix it. That was the response. They offered to escort us to another room for shower only! On top of that, it turns out that they only run the hot water in the morning and evenings . During the daytime, it is shut off. Extraordinary!!! It is a barebones operation with poor maintenance and manned by a front desk that is not customer friendly. Unfortunate.
