Mithra Cave Cappadocia

Location was excellent; easy to walk to restaurants etc. Overall, the hotel had a nice design. Fantastic views from the hotel bar. Staff were friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Clean and well maintained.

Grand Stone Suite a little disappointing... ground floor at the back of the hotel with no windows/views and lacking the nice patios and chairs of other rooms. Breakfast was the worst we had during a 10-day trip... mostly just cold-cuts and cheese and cereal ... and even cold-cuts in tomato sauce for the 'hot meal'. For these prices, the hotel needs to do much better. Also, the people at the front counter quoted us a price for a morning balloon ride that was almost double what we got it for a few metres down the road... lesson: don't book through the hotel. (Finally, the external aircon unit of the room next to ours was very loud).

It’s a true cave hotel experience. Beautifully designed and maintained.

My older knees protested the steep slopes and many stairs, especially at the end of a sight-seeing day. But it was totally worth it!

Location was great. Cave room we had was fantastic. Views at the top with photo set up was brilliant.

The concept and location of the hotel were fantastic, and the view was great

The room was mediocre as we had booked the suite, but photos were of the other suite , the room was dirty, didn’t seem to have been cvacuumed or mopped. The breakfast was very mediocre and was running out at 9am
