the staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and have enough space.
the pool is old and surrounded by a wall. not very inviting. overall the stay was nice but very pricy for what you get in the end.

Sheraton is a good location, have stayed here several times BUT have to say its feeling its age and the rooms seem antiquated and need a refurbishment, overall its close to many locations and MRT access is perfect, even though didn't use the restaurant this time food has been good
The rooms AC's are noisy and the room have an older feel to them, and depending which side / room you are provided the view can be non existent looking into some old building! Compared to some hotels I think the room rates are High when you compare to other brand hotels with more fresher amenities.....
