Staffs are helpful and friendly . Location is good and near to train station.

The bed slightly too soft which affected my sleep . Seniors will prefer firmer beds . Hope to take note .

The hotel is well managed and well equipped. The location is excellent, just across the street from Exit #4 at Shandon Temple station so getting around town was easy. The Starbucks downstairs is also very convenient although I did not care for most of what was offered on the menu.

I was there for work and did not realize that the room did not come with a table and chair that I could work at. They had a coffee table and couch which I used instead. A table and chair would have been more convenient for my devices. While I appreciate the convenience of Starbucks in the facility, I would have liked a restaurant that included a traditional Taiwanese breakfast. I just got that from outside so it all worked out.

The scenic of Taipei city looks amazing from the room! It’s better than New York. Comfortable bed and pillow with night light for a great night sleep. Spacious well-designed sitting area with sofa, table, chair for writing. Bathroom and toilet are in a separable area, out of sight from bed. Generous shower room and bath looking over the beautiful city. Breakfast FuHung soy bean store early in the morning. Overall, this is the best hotel among all the places I have stayed. The gym facing the green trees has got everything for a good workout. Laundry room wash and dry all dirty clothes after a trip just over one hour. Hotel has a designated green sitting green path outside for breezy stop in the hot weather.

Room decor, clean room, nice shower and bath

The breakfast situation is a scam. You get a voucher for the starbucks next door - the same fast food stuff. No on-site breakfast area despite a huge lobby that is under-utilised. We asked for a refund and got it, I recommend you do the same. It's not a nutritious breakfast especially for the Hilton brand. The information about breakfast is hidden under the information for the hotel (we raised this with management) and also we booked this for the trusted brand name - never again.
