Location is 10 min bus direct from NEC to hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Room cosy and warm. Bed comfy and staff friendly

Breakfast was excellent value and quality. The rooms were nicely decorated, spacious, modern and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Overall for the close proximity to the NEC this offers excellent value for money in comparison to others
Parking is run by a private company which was a bit of a faff as we couldn't get it to extend our parking for the second day but the hotel sorted this for us
