Nice safe suburban area, 10 mins on S train, which was a few minutes walk to, to go into Munich. 1 stop to Pasing which has a large shopping centre and cafes right at the train station. Our room had been renovated and was very comfortable and roomy, had a kitchenette good size fridge, but no toaster. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Our friends room hadn’t been renovated but the room itself was nice, kitchen was a bit meh and only a small fridge. But all in all was a good place to stay if you don’t want the hassle and bussle of the city especially during Oktoberfest.
A toaster would be handy. And the housekeeping took our “do not disturb” sign on the 2nd day of our 4 night stay and only replaced 1 towel, luckily we were back in our room whilst reception was open to enable us to get another towel. But other than that was clean and a good place to stay.

It was a little expensive, but it was close to Octoberfest

Location next to the station was convenient, smooth self check in, nice room
It was otherwise clean but there was some dead bug in the bathroom...
