The building itself is very cool, and the rooms look beautiful. The kitchenette was very useful to make breakfast. There are a few shops, including two bakeries, a pharmacy, a drugstore and a supermarket, around the corner. It’s close to the S-Bahn into town, which was convenient since we went to the Oktoberfest. The neighbourhood is quiet. There’s a parking garage close by, but we managed to find a spot in the street.
We didn’t have any trouble with the touch pad to get into the building and into the room, but I can understand why others were bothered by it.
Some kitchen supplies were still a little dirty from the people who used the room before us. We caught two small cockroaches in our room (one of the ground floor rooms). Since we were with a group, who were staying in other rooms: they told us that the rooms on the third floor were very hot, even when they left the windows open all day and all night.

If you just wanted a room it would be fine
The kitchen had really limited equipment. There was a tiny knife and no chopping board. And then only a ladle so if you wanted to cook it was very difficult. We were not given a sponge to do any washing up either.
