Tv and telephone wasn’t working The magnifying mirror was useless due to its height There was no plug in the bathroom for the hairdryer Also, most rooms face an office building with people looking directly at the rooms so you had to close the drapes

Fantastic location just walking distance from main attractions and right on the high street. Friendly staff. Beautiful lobby area. Has the old charm with modern amenities.

Room was very nice, although it felt like the living area and/or bedroom could have benefited from a little more storage. Bathroom was really hot but nicely appointed. Breakfast is outstanding as long as you get there early enough to avoid sitting in one of the back rooms. Servers don’t make it back there very often. It’s amazingly quiet in the rooms - even those facing the Main Street. We were there for New Years And barely heard any noise from fireworks.

A wonderful stay in Munich This was my first stay at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München, and it will now be my go-to stay in Munich. The location in the center of the City is fantastic. The hotel has a wonderful combination of old-world elegance and modern comfort. What I appreciated most was the exceptional service. Everyone I encountered was friendly, gracious, and genuinely interested in making my stay enjoyable. I especially want to call-out Aires at Reception. The attention to detail really made a difference. This is fully driven from the top-down by the GM, Holger, who I had the pleasure of meeting through a friend who lives part-time in Munich. And there is a cigar lounge for guests - with floor to ceiling filtration! While I did not have time for the spa, it is one of the top spas in Munich. My room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, modern and quiet, and the entire hotel has a warm, sophisticated atmosphere. It was also a pleasure simply coming back to the hotel after being out for meetings and hosting clients during Oktoberfest! Overall, this was a memorable stay, and I would very happily stay here again on my next visit to Munich. A truly special hotel and an experience I would highly recommend.
