Location was terrific everything was good with water and tea availability
Room was a little small but ok

Spacious and comfortable with coffee and water available at all times. Bathroom and shower fabulous.
Air conditioning never moved from 23 Celsius even after discussing with host. Uncomfortable. Lucky I travel with portable fan. Street noise all night then garbage trucks from early morning.

Location, friendliness of staff, cleanliness.
Stair access - lift not working, soundproofing very noisy at night due to location in the city.

Great location, and cute terrace for everyone’s use
I got given a room under the category I requested, being told that was the only one I could have booked with Booking.com
The bathroom wasn’t clean (limescale on the tap and shower glass etc).
