The location was excellent, right opposite the market within easy reach of the metro. All the staff were lovely. The room we stayed in was perfect.
Just a couple of minor, unimportant things. The bins weren’t emptied and the tea/coffee sachets weren’t replaced.

It was fancy, young, lovely. Perfect located. The Manager gave lots of very good sightseeing tips, things we hadn’t found by ourselves . The start was great with fantastic cake and Portwine. The employees were so helpful with the lugage and all our needs. Awesome. For sure, we will come again!

Very helpful, approachable, and kind staff who made us feel very welcome.
The hotel was central to the Porto, and one could walk to a lot of places from the location.
It faces an amazing market. Wish we'd visited it sooner and bought some of those mushrooms, cheeses and olive oil.
We really enjoyed the comprehensive and delicious breakfast buffet.
I would have appreciated a handrail or something to hold on to as I came down the stairs. But I understand that the building is historic and that might impact its' appearance.

Friendly helpful staff. Lovely spacious room, opposite a buzzy food market.Nice breakfast, fresh fruit etc prepared on the spot- eggs made to order. Not till 8:30 though, so we had to skip on one morning we did a Douro valley trip.
Stairs! There is no lift and you have to climb a flight of stairs to get to reception then more stairs to the bedrooms.
The hairdryer was poor quality and stopped working after a while.
