We enjoyed the convenience of the property being close to everything we needed; transport, restaurants, beach, entertainment. Room was cozy and comfortable. Service was lovely and helpful.

Room was nice big size and nice to have personal WiFi router to use and good equipment for charging electronics
Bathroom was fairly decent, clean and lots of towels to use
Curtains were good and covered the windows well blocking out the light, private and quiet room
Easy to get in and out the property
Check in process was fairly easy and the automated response AI system worked well and understood my request for assistance and helped me resolve the minor issue with checking in.
The room got a little bit cold at night, the blanket provided was a bit light and I couldn't tell if the machine in the room was a heater or a humidifier. I couldn't figure out how to use it, and if it was a heater or not. For sum reason as well the majority of the TV channels didn't seem to work for some unknown reason. I could have asked the manager for help with these issues I suppose but I didn't so that is my own problem.

Immaculate bed and very clean bathroom
We paid for 24 hour parking and they advised that they had arranged for private parking at the back of the building . What i hadn’t realised was that actually this only meant we had parking until check out which was 11. When i questioned it they said that they had run out of parking permits. They hadn’t explained it well enough and hadnt offered a refund
