Location so near Brighton Pier. Super breakfast! Waterfront view.
Limited room for suitcases. Configuration of small sink.

They were very friendly, it was a great location and the facilities in the room were great.
We were on the 5th floor so lots of steps up and down however I think this was explained on booking (if it wasn’t it should be)

Excellent room, staff very welcoming. The bottle of bubbles & card was a lovely touch, we will return in the spring. Thank you

Room was very pokey. View wasn't that good. Bed was very small.
