It was comfortable and very near to everything

Nothing and everything was very good

The hotel is located close to the Haram, making it ideal for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The staff are pleasant, warm, and welcoming. The breakfast offers a variety of options to suit different tastes.

We booked two rooms and were assigned rooms in different towers.

It was a room with 2 Queen beds, enough for 4 adults. there was a sofa and table, a wroking table with 2 chairs, very spacious dressing room to put luggages etc. the breakfast was awesome and I could see everything that came in my mind for breakfast. it had a lot of options and live egg statation, live pancake station, live noodle station etc. The location was very good for Umrah pilgrims. Pilgrim entry gate no 79 was just in front of the hotel and it literally takes 2.5 minutes from hotel gate to Kaba gate 79. Mooreover, it is not crowded like the other popular and expensive ones like makkah tower, clock tower, safwa tower. Moorever, it had direct access to the Jabal Omar complex market where there were lots of food options, shopping option and supermarket. We did not had to go out in the sun or warm weather for food or shopping.

I think shower section could be improved. the water keeps staying in one end of the shower beacuase of the wrong direction of the slope.

The hotel is tidy and clean. All the facilities are wonderful.

When i came a bit early at 13:00. The stuff requested from me to wait until 16:00 as my reservation was from booking not direct. And they started to negotiate me to upgrade my reservation to a suite with a total cost of 1300. Eventually, I gave up and paid an extra 1000 SR to check into the hotel because I was tired from traveling for four hours by plane and one hour by car.
