Makkah Towers

The location is perfect for easy access to the haram and other facilities and we loved that about it. Spacious room double toilet really helped.

Lift access and the crowding at shoving to get to the room or out to access facilities was a definite problem that needs a better solution

Location

Lifts were limited and too busy

I am your loyal customer. This is my 3rd experience. I'm with Mekah Tower. In terms of check-in, hotel management allows me to check in earlier since the room is available. Upon check-in, the reception staff aware my birthday date, same with my booking of stay date, and they surprised me by celebrating my birthday at night by sending birthdays cake to my room. It was a really wonderful experience to me stay in your hotel. I am really appreciate and will recommend this mekah tower to my friends . I would like to thanks to 3 male staff at registration reception , especiaslly during my registration check in date 6.Oct 26 between 6.00-8.am. Please refer to the schedule staff who on duty. Very greatly appreciated. Also not forget to 3 male staff at reception upon my check out Abdulhameed ashi, Hattan Jan and Fahad khudays Last not in the list, I also appreciate management upgrade my room from double bed to king bed as my birthday presents. Thank you, and I wish Mekah Tower success in the future leading the group. To all welcome to visit Malaysia

The best part about this property was its close proximity to the Haram. It was very convenient for prayers and made it easy to go back and forth, especially with the family and young children.

The hotel is quite old and badly needs remodeling and renovation. The carpet in the room had an unpleasant smell, which affected the overall experience. The entire property needs significant updating and maintenance. Another major issue was the elevators, which were too few and very slow, especially during prayer times when the hotel was busy. Improving the elevators and renovating the rooms would make a big difference in guests’ comfort and overall experience.
