The staff especially Jude was fabulous he couldn’t do enough to help me, he upgraded my room, helped get me tuk tuks daily. Carried my luggage & even made me breakfast to go at 2.30am as my transfer was at 3am. The view from my balcony was incredible & room & complimentary toiletries was fantastic. Breakfast delicious

Such a lovely place to stay, lovely room with amazing views, but most of all it is the family running it that makes this place so great. So helpful and welcoming, the food is fantastic and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay here, delicious breakfasts and the most amazing views!! The room was perfect, just what we needed and the hosts were so lovely. Thank you!

Close to town. Great view. Comfotable bed

The rooms were not well serviced or mantained. Hair down the shower tray plug hole ment that the water flowed away very slowly and the tray was at the point of overflowing at the end of your shower. The same with the sink the pipe under the sink had been crushed and would therefore clog very easily. One of the electrical sockets was coming out of the wall, you had to hold the socket inplace to remove the plug. Also the power went out on multiple occasions. But that seems to be an Ella wide problem. Could last 2 seconds 2 minutes or 6 hours, you never know, bring a tourch. The room was quite noisy. There are gaps between the walls and the ceiling so any sound travels unchecked in to your room. I never saw a pool table but i could hear the balls colliding as if the table was in the room, but the main noise was from the dog which could bark for hours at a time. Not the peaceful retreat i had hoped for.
