Leider sehr kalt und als wir den Regler für die Fußbodenheizung gefunden hatten, hat es leider bis in die Nacht gedauert, bis es warm war.

By Iceland's standards, this is a great value for money. A spacious room, en suite bathroom, kitchen with the toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and a two-ring stove. Plenty of parking right outside the building, and the supermarket is c.10 mins drive away. Perfect!

I tried calling the help desk/reception several times between 7.30-8pm. The check-in time is until 9pm, so I didn't think it was a big deal. Alas, nobody picked up the phone, and my email was ignored, too. Shabby.

El alojamiento está bien situado a las afueras de Rif. Es cómodo, tranquilo y tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia: cocina, baño y un espacio suficientemente equipado.

El sistema de acceso es muy poco fiable. Las puertas funcionan mediante un código que supuestamente te envían antes de la llegada, pero en nuestro caso nunca lo recibimos. Intentamos llamar al teléfono facilitado por el alojamiento en varias ocasiones y nadie contestó. Finalmente tuvimos que contactar con el servicio de atención al cliente de Booking, que consiguió ponerse en contacto con la propiedad y fue Booking quien nos facilitó el código para poder entrar. Un sistema de acceso así exige que tanto el envío del código como el teléfono de asistencia funcionen correctamente. En nuestro caso fallaron las dos cosas. Muy mal gestionado y bastante angustioso cuando llegas y no tienes forma de entrar.
