Spacious room. Was clean. Lovely garden area to sit and have a read or a cuppa
Would be great if they had streaming services so we could log in with our own accounts.
Not something I didn’t like but can’t see the need for a DVD/ CD player in a room anymore.

I was expecting a studio room with bed and kitchen etc all in the one room. Instead what we got was more like an apartment, with the bedrooms upstairs and the kitchen, living and bathroom downstairs. It was absolutely perfect as I was up early to prep for a race, and it meant I didnt disturb my partner.
The toilet was a bit wonky/loose, and the toilet seat didnt really fit and kept slipping backwards. There was no can opener in the kitchen.

Great location across the road from Lake Taupo. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet even though you're on a main road. Beautiful courtyard garden.
The thermal bath could have been slightly cleaner, but we realise it's the minerals in the water making it brown coloured.

Nice view from the balcony
There was no indication in their advertising that the bedroom was upstairs and the bathroom downstairs.
The mineral pool did not have any safety handles for getting in or out and I considered it too dangerous to risk on my own.
