It was surprisingly quet considering its proximity to the road. I also was not really aware of my neighbours.
The bathroom got steamed up-perhaps it needs some kind of fan to expel steam? (It didn't actually worry me, though!) The shower was excellent!

It was all great. The view as expected and the comfort level Especially liked the little balcony.
The stairs were very steep.

Great location - close to the beach, walkway and Two Mile Sailing Club.
Great view of the lake, and they upgraded our room for free.
Love the biscuits and chocolate left in the room.
Great communication and emails from the site.
I found the electric blanket on the bed very annoying. Where the electrical cord joined the blanket, a box dug into my hip and was hard to avoid.
No bath mat in the shower - I know you could have asked for it - but when you hop out of the shower naturally, you are going to have some water on the floor.
As everything was done via email, we did not actually interact with any staff at this property.

Great location, clean, decent space and spa.
Good staff and service.
Such a shame as there were two annoying problems - terrible hot water supply and internet / wifi.

Hot water didn’t even last until one person finished having their shower -.-
So imagine the spa - starts filling warm, and then it turns cold, so you can’t even enjoy the in-room spa properly. Ugh! And you got to wait for over 2hrs for the hot water to replenish. 😒🙄😒
