Vincci The Mint

Great staff. Very helpful, professional, and friendly. Whether it was reception, housekeeping, breakfast, or the bar upstairs... everything was done very well and with a smile. Thank you. The room was excellent. A good design, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was brilliant. We slept very well. The bathroom was very good too, with plenty of space and a nice rain shower. The breakfast was delicious. A varied menu and great service. We really appreciated the breakfast being available till quite late in the day. The location couldn't be any better. We'd love to come back.

Nothing. It was a perfect stay.

Breakfast superb and some of the waiters were fantastic with a smile. Friendly and service minded people behind the registration desk. Friendly and good people behind the roof bar. Room was good.

Some of the waiters were less friendly without a smile. One of them firstly registered a guest for the breakfast and then she jumped over to the next guest and showed that guest a table in another room. The first guest was still standing waiting to be seated and served.

Location and staff

Some little details on cleaning

The staff are amazing - friendly and helpful - the location is excellent. Very nice breakfast. Rooftop bar is also very nice

The rooms are not great. We booked 2 junior suites and both were dark, badly laid out and badly furnished.
