Staff are always fab and great with the product they are paid to deal with.
Room was dated, bed was extremely old and evidently had been repaired in the central portion as it peaked in the middle and rolled off either side.

Lovely hotel with great parking. Pool was an added bonus. Would be great if they could put in a jacuzzi and sauna. Food was good and there is a pleasant bar. Highlight was the friendly, helpful staff.

The staff were very accommodating, the reception, bar and restaurant area were updated and modern.
Corridors to rooms were shabby and needed a lot of updating, a lot of workmen were using the hotel.
