I really enjoyed my stay at Klarisa Palace. Our host, Kolinda, was incredibly responsive, warm, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The room was modern and comfortable and the location was excellent, very convenient for getting around and exploring the area.

Kolinda is friendly and helpful ( we needed a taxi to the airport at 4:15am) and Kolinda arranged one very smoothly. Location is perfect- just within the walled city and within walking distance to all that one wants to see within. Extra ready to make coffee satchets welcome
The attic room amenities- we are not short and so bumped our head on the sloping roofs many times. The hotel can definitely pad up those areas to make the stay more comfortable. the bathroom, while large, again lacked basics- shower area or the basin had no shelf/spacewhere we could keep our personal tolieteries; not so much as a clothes hanging rack ( except for one really low one by the basin). and worse, there is no electric plug point to charge your phone by the bed, or elsewhere- one has to charge only at the ones located near the floor at a distance away.

Clean and a good size and great service by Kolinda. Great location!
