Amazing location, right in front of Palazzo Strozzi! We had the best time here. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a great eye for detail, and the breakfast was lovely too. We absolutely loved this place and would definitely stay here again next time in Florence!

Fantastic location, cannot beat it. Less than a 12 minute walk to just about everywhere. Our suite was gigantic, the bed was super comfortable and we slept great.

The elevator was out of service for the entirety of our stay,, while it may seem like a one-off, it really gets to you when you are in the top floor with an additional floor to get to the suite. Unfortunately during our trip this was our least favorite hotel. I cannot see how it is 4 stars. The included breakfast was subpar compared to others that we stayed in our trip through various cities in Italy and this hotel was particularly more expensive than others, granted the location has an influence. The bathroom was very, very uncomfortable and we had to take showers sitting down because of the height of the ceiling, yes I am not kidding, if you are over 5 feet you cannot take a normal shower, I just don’t see how that is worthy of a suite. Not having on-call staff to address issues was the major red flag, these kind of things should not happen in a hotel rated like this. I cannot recommend it because of this. Otherwise the staff was wonderful and the location superb.
