The location was good and so were the facilities. It all was clean and fresh. The entertainment was good and engaging, and I felt lots of activities available. The food was also really food!
I asked for my room to not be cleaned to the cleaner thinking this meant my supermarket would be credited, however the cleaner didn’t explain I needed to do it differently. I understand mixed messages but would have done it differently if she had said.
There was a sewage smell in the room on multiple occasions.
I got a printed note outside of my room saying to not hang the towels on the side for aesthetic reasons which felt a bit like telling off.
HOWEVER, would stay again.

Very attentive staff, they left us a bottle of champagne because of birthday stay
Very poor sound isolation
No pool for adults for real swimming
If you want a couples vacation better choose an adults only hotel because this is a family hotel with a lot of kids and mainly kids activities

The hotel was clean, organised and exactly what we were looking for. The location was good and generally quiet and our room was spacious and lovely.
The staff were very good. All very friendly and good with the children. My children in particularly liked Manuel. They still now keep saying how much they miss him. His personality shone every day and he had so much energy.
Reception staff to know where activities are being held so we’re not walking around trying to find entertainment staff to ask.
