Hotel Condesa

The hotel has an excellent location, right next to a beautiful, long sandy beach. Free sun loungers are available in the hotel garden, just steps away from the beach. There is also a bus stop nearby, and plenty of restaurants and fast-food options within a 3-minute walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. Wi-Fi worked well. The food was delicious and plentiful, with a great variety of options, especially at dinner.

We were initially given a room overlooking the children's pool, although we had booked a side sea view. After I requested a change at reception, the staff kindly offered us another room in a much better location, with a lovely side sea view, although the room itself seemed a bit older. The rooms could use some updating, as the furniture was worn and the bathroom wasn't very practical, especially the sink and tap. The TV only offered a limited selection of local channels.

The hotel is fantastic, and the location is perfect—right by the sea. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We recommend it wholeheartedly and hope to return😊🩵☀️

Bar, great location, beautiful sea, lots of food choices, especially at the beginning of our stay, professional and high-quality shows, well-organized entertainment, very comfortable beds, and friendly, very pleasant staff

The plates in the Restaurant were mostly poorly washed, which was quite disappointing. Towards the end of our stay, the variety of food became a bit more limited. We also would have liked lunch to be available until 4 PM.

Great staff and location

Horrible food, crowdness (not enough sunbeds), noisy (gap under the door), ni normal AC, no quality drinks for example wine/champagen
