Miły personel i bardzo czysto ale to czym ten hotel bije inne na głowę to jedzenie - jest epickie.

Hotel jest ulokowany blisko ruchliwej ulicy - hałas jest do późnych godzin wieczornych i od wczesnych godzin porannych.

Friendly staff, good pool facilities with very comfortable sun loungers, music pool and quiet pool. Food excellent.

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazingly good and great selection as was evening meal

No toilets in the Pool club and no daily water in room

Overall, I was quite disappointed with this property. It advertises itself as a four-star hotel, but the rooms were very basic and lacked the comfort you would expect at that standard. The beds were particularly uncomfortable, with very noisy springs. I mentioned this to reception on two separate occasions, but unfortunately nothing was done to address the issue. There was also black mould in the shower, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the housekeeping staff did an excellent job and the rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. We stayed on a half-board basis. While breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options, dinner was disappointing. The menu changed very little from day to day, there were almost no fresh vegetables, and the salad selection was limited and repetitive. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly and helpful, which was appreciated. However, overall I feel the hotel is overpriced for the quality of the accommodation and dining experience provided.
