Incredibly friendly and helpful staff: warm welcome, flawless booking of airport transfers and Bosphorus cruise, great itinerary suggestions for the days you have in Istanbul - everything worked really well. Breakfast both sweet and salty. Excellent position in short walking distance to main attractions but in quiet location. Great view from the rooftop terrace, a nice place to relax after a day visiting the city.
One of the room was quite dark, windows are just in the main bedroom. The hotel could do some renovations (changing some mattresses, checking if nothing is broken in the room, checking cleaning status of wallpapers and headboards).

It was close to the Blue Mosque and other sights. The breakfast was good, the staff was really friendly and helpful. A good location at a walking distance.
The window in one of the rooms was blocked by a wall and you could only rely on the other room's window for fresh air.

Good location, friendly staff. Plentiful breakfast options.
Tiny bathroom and shower. Could barely turn around in the shower. Also shower had black mould on the silicon and the grout had seen better days. Carpet in the corridors looked like it had been down for years.

Nice clean and pleasant room. Location is perfect for Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace. The breakfast was varied and well presented. A proper coffee machine for espresso. The hotel has a rooftop terrace overlooking the sea, which is very beautiful set out. We relaxed there after hectic days walking around the city.
