Well located . Beautiful hotel. Excellent food. Nice decor. Very spacious . Beautiful gardens . Privee pool area very nice.

The jacuzzi was broken- fixed once reported The TV was broken- fixed once reported The grass was long. Cut once reported. Screen between units not ideal.

I had a truly lovely stay and would highly recommend this place. The best part of my experience was the warm, personal, and professional service from the very first moment. A special thank you to Serdar , the manager, who was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The reception team also deserves special recognition—they were always friendly, efficient, and ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything felt relaxing and enjoyable, and the atmosphere was perfect for a pleasant getaway. I also really appreciated the entertainment: it was fun, well organized, and added a lovely energy to the stay without being overwhelming. What I appreciated most was the combination of excellent service, a welcoming team, and a memorable overall atmosphere. I would be very happy to return again on my next visit. Thank you to Sirdar and the entire reception team for making my stay so special.

This is my second visit to it but i liked it more when it was be premium

The staff not that helpful especially the concierge (the female with white hair!) i asked for a taxi, she insisted for the hotel transport which is 2 times expensive than the regular taxi, and when i asked her that i wanted a regular taxi she got upset and told me it same price and wait for arrangement need more than 30min, which later i booked through uber website and got a taxi in less than 5 min and 2 times cheaper! I was in Lujo hotel before my stay in plaza and the difference is remarkable ! But i wanted to repeat my stay cause i liked my stay when it was be premium! But would like to thank Kenan from water-sport rents, he was very helpful and very welcoming!
