I have been going to Amelia Island for almost 40 years (since I was 7) and have stayed on the resort for the vast majority. This condo is by far the best we have ever stayed at! The extra touches like clothes hampers, bikes, boogie boards, umbrellas and more made traveling with my kids so much easier! We will definitely stay again next year!

First, Beverly was responsive and helpful. The check-in instructions and information to make the stay more enjoyable were excellent. The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived. The owners have done a great job at providing the extras that add so much to an enjoyable time. Too many of little, yet extremely thoughtful, items to mention. The views of the beach are beautiful and the balcony is an amazing place to enjoy coffee while watching the sun rise. The provided beach items in the lower level lock up are another nice touch. Nothing is perfect, but just be prepared for the traverse from the elevator landing up a 1/2 flight of stairs to the level where the entry to the condo is located. The elevator landings are intermediate to the unit floors. Thankfully all of our group was capable of dealing with the stairs. Getting heavy items up to the room might require some extra muscle. We did locate a great set of hand trucks and cart in the closet that are ideal for assisting with getting heavy items in and out of the unit. They came in handy on our departure and made that process much easier. Maybe anyone reading this can look them up when you first arrive. The stairs that have to be climbed when traveling to the beach from the unit also require some adaptability if using a wagon to haul beach items. All in all, a great place to stay. We will probably return.

This is an exceptional property. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, nicely furnished, vacations like someone's personal home. Great views from the deck of the ocean. We will definitely be back next year!
