Excellent stay and great location!

Great condo but be prepared for a long walk to get to the beach, if you have a wagon, beware because there are several stairs. The place was clean but the comforters in the guest room smelled like they had not been washed. We took them off the bed and slept under the sheets with our beach towels for extra cover. Also, every time the oven was turned on the smoke alarm went off! And crazy that you get off the elevator then have to go down a flight of stairs to the condo. Needless to say, we are beach people and next time will get something a little more convenient.

Great fully stocked unit just steps from pool and beautiful beach. No better place for coffee and the sunrise than at 1311 Shipwatch! Loved our stay!

We loved our stay! The view stole the show but the location was good, rooms were clean and amenities were great. Thank you!
