The hotel is perfectly located, and the staff were amazing. Our room was lovely and had an awesome view. You do have to climb a few stairs to get there, but the upside is that you can’t hear any noise from the pub. The food was also very nice, and we received a 30% discount as hotel guests. The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t available.

Very nice room with design details and carefully chosen linen and towels. Even came with a discount on food in the pub, great! Building from late 1800s.

Clean, convenient for our trip, easy to access, quiet other than the emergency services on the road. Double glazing makes that tolerable.
We had room 6, and couldn’t get the aircon to work. We didn’t know this until we returned to the room at midnight. It wasn’t a big deal, but if it had been a hot night, it would have been uncomfortable

Decent location
Air con kept shutting off. Window blinds didn't work and were not adjustable. Pillows were flat. Booked room and my booking said comes with tub but apparently only if request which was not on website. Main reason I booked this hotel. Clogged shower drain with gross hair picture attached
