Superb location. Room excellent size; perfectly clean and very comfortable. Very safe location, within 2 minutes walk from Duomo. Convenient for local restaurants. No awkward steps to access. Staff (especially weekday staff) very helpful. Fabulous rooftop views over Duomo, Bell tower and Baptistry.

Breakfast rather limited; and somewhat chaotic at weekend. But this is a very minor detail. Towels only changed every third day. Entry at night not easy (wonderful secure key pad, but door needed quite a firm push as electronic card didn't work outside).

Good location

Booked deluxe room with city view. Room did not match pictures. Pictures showed wrougt iron balcony with table. Our room did not have that. Only a window. Felt misleading . We overpaid for what we got. We expressed our concern and the owner said the Pictures were "representative". I paid a lot for the room in the picture. The over $400/night I paid was real (not representative) and I expected to get what I paid for. The bathroom was very small and once again not what was pictured for the Deluxe Room.. There was also a fowl smell in the common area by the elevator that everyone complained about.
