This place is almost beyond realistic. Our room overlooked the Duomo, and we spent evenings with the windows open listening beautiful music. The room was huge, the AC worked really well, as did the lift (neither of which are automatic in Italy) They delivered fresh croissants to the room every morning. No charge. There is a rooftop lounge. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The place just exceeded expectations on every front. Stay here. Just do it.

Great location; nice comfortable rooms
Our room did not look out on the square. Only some of the rooms do. Just need to be aware of that.

Very charming, well-maintained, and comfortable place to stay right in the center of the old city.
Place has kitchen (in case someone wants to prepare or reheat food) and even light breakfast delivered into the room every morning!!
