Oceny i recenzje
100% sprawdzonych opinii9 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
In the grounds of Loughborough University so absolutely perfect for meeting our granddaughter for her birthday. The breakfast was superb, buffet but looked and tasted fresh.
Our first room 28 was noisy (sounded like a fan or machine) just outside the room. They did move us when I complained. I couldn’t have slept there.
Room 39 was lovely.
Cold plates for hot food (just a bugbear of mine)

Close to the uni. Lovely and clean. Staff were helpful.
Beds could do with being replaced, lumpy in places.

The staff and facilities were great.
Not the hotels fault but the other guests in the hotel were rude and entitled and spoke down to the staff which gave my partner and I rage. The staff kept smiling and kept giving great customer service despite how they were spoken to. They all deserve a medal. In particular the bar staff.

Convenient location for Loughborough university, free parking
Room had no air conditioning and windows could not be open making the room very hot. The light in the entrance was flickering and the bathroom door lock did not work. Breakfast available at the property was very expensive making the stay not really value for money.
