Friendly and helpful staff. Super quiet and spacious surroundings. Fabulous initiatives on planting trees and supporting Loughborough University. We did enjoy our staying and had a real restful night. Thank you.

Almost everything, from the room allocation (taking account of my request) to the staff, and the overall quality.

My bed could have been more comfortable...the duvet was far too heavy and thick, and with a creased/rucked up cover, so my feet kept getting tangled in it.

Lovely room, huge bed which was very comfortable. Tea tray was a lovely touch

There was a lack of plug sockets on the wall by the bed meaning I couldn’t lay in bed and work on my laptop or charge my phone and be on it at the same time. Bath was dirty and had to clean it out before using it .Small things really but noticeable, but it didn’t stop a lovely stay

Breakfast always good, check in super easy and location is perfect for my meeting. Have stayed a number of times before so was keen to return. Beds are usually comfortable.

I asked for a quiet room and I was on the junction of the very first main thoroughfare between upstairs and downstairs so consequently had people banging through the doors all the time. Noisy floorboard there too. The room has the noisiest fan in the bathroom ever so trying to have a relaxing bath after a long journey was pointless. And I found a clump of beard trimmings behind the door as I entered...The fire alarm went off in the lobby during the evening and was quickly turned off and then it went off again at 6.45am which was not great as I stayed overnight to ensure I didn't have to get up early as I had a big drive home later that day.
