100% sprawdzonych opinii10 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
Everything was fantastic. High quality interior, fantastic location, incredible staff (shout out to Eva + Frank, who helped out making my girlfriend’s birthday very special as well as Iris + Serena!).
Couldn’t fault a single thing with the stay. It was amazing. Breakfast was incredible too…

Good location, very nice building and decor
Spa was not ready for use (Sauna, steam room, jacuzzi turned off). Room door was left open for hours by housekeeper after cleaning

Everything
I could not find anything that I didn’t like

The facade.
All staff was you g and u experienced. No English. Moreover, they made us feel very unwelcome. Each time we were coming back to hotel, they would ask us the room number. As if they did not know who we were. A 5 start hotel staff must recognize their guests and say”welcome back”, not ask each time room number! Rooms were expensive and quite uneasy to walk around. Carpets were stained everywhere.
