Location location location ! Centrally located and within steps to the excellent tram system. Small and has everything you need. Cute little balcony for 1.
Like most European places it is on the top floor and has no lift. Ok for some but for those with issues you’ll struggle.

In a super spot, very close to the Porte Cailhu.
Everything you need for a short stay
The wine was a nice touch
Host was very helpful when I left something behind
Didn't bother me but you need to be able to climb stairs
