Beautiful and exceptionally clean hotel with incredible staff. Staff members were so friendly and welcoming. Nuno in particular was so helpful with all our dinner reservations he personally called and confirmed and even walked us there! The breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of variety and stations. The pool overlooking the beach was our favourite with the pool Bar and umbrellas, you can be away from the sand. We loved our stay thank you.

Tennis courts were really hard to get into and booked out days in advance. We only got to play once as there was a last minute cancellation. No lights in the courts in the evening. But the court itself was beautiful!

The warm welcome we received from Liliana, Nuno and Tomeo on the night we arrived was exceptional. They truly went above and beyond, and their customer service skills were outstanding. Everything from the service and food to the hotel facilities was exactly what you would expect from a five-star hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Thank you for making our experience so special!

This is a truly exceptional experience, from start to finish. The hotel staff were super friendly (kudos to Nuno who made our stay extra pleasant). The room was good sized and the location is just a few steps (literally) away from the beach. You can also use the tennis court for free, which again has a stunning view. The breakfast has a wide selection of food and beverages. I rarely write reviews for hotels but I feel this one is a must.

Beautiful scenic view. Close to the beaches. Perfume smell when entering the hotel. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. clean room hot shower and comfy bed.

1. The air conditioner is a nightmare for light sleepers as it’s auto on and off especially at night when you try to have good night sleep and the AC suddenly switch off. I woke up at 3 am sweating and couldn’t switch it back on so I had to call the reception to assist and she came herself and switch it back on from the electricity box in the room ! After that it turned back on and then it was auto off again! This auto on and off needs to be changed asap it’s not a good system it disturbs people sleep. 2. The lights in the room are super intense as there’s only one switch for all lights in the room and another for the washroom. There should be a way to control the amount of light inside the room like for example a switch for all lights and another switch for half lights if I don’t want all lights to be open same for the washroom.
