Well appointed beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The room was lovely, clean and we loved the bed! So cosy with super long pillows! The balcony we had was super large as we were given an upgrade.

The bathroom is a death trap. Nice and shiny but very slippery floors with no grab rails.
Don't get me started on the toilet! What fool could design a bowl like that. I had to buy a toilet brush as there was none in the unit. This is not a management issue but a design problem, inherited by management.
But apart from the design issues (which are major), I found the place excellent.
