Madeira TURIM Santa Maria Hotel

Lovely room, very spacious.

Nothing I can think of.

The breakfast was outstanding! The variety was amazing, and fresh food was constantly being brought out. We enjoyed both hot food as well as pastries and fresh fruit. This might have been one of the highlights of our trip!! The beds were so comfortable, and the AirCon was brilliant- so effective and practically silent! We also loved the radio music in the bedroom and bathroom- and we only discovered it on our penultimate day! The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful- thank you so much!

The only tiny detail (and not a fault just a suggestion) would be to have more breakfast tea bags in the room. Everything else was sublime!!

Once you step into the hotel you feel the luxury of it.

Nothing

Good breakfast, pleasant and willing staff, good security for lift use. Good taxi services nearby.

Lack of tourist information and walking guides for nearby attractions. Lack of lounge atmosphere with repeated attendance wait. Annoying background music throughout hotel including room. Location not as close to center as expected.
