Blonde Hedgehog

Staff very friendly and accommodating- after a minor issue in one room we were instantly upgraded which was much appreciated

Everything good

It's such a lovely place to stay (not my first time). The extra touches, like the bath robes and fresh milk were much appreciated. They clearly take pride in providing accomodation and service at a high level. Also love the decor.

Lovely little hotel. Stylish, spotless and really comfortable, with friendly and welcoming staff. Everything felt well looked after and we had a great stay. Would happily come back.

Nothing really — only that we were there for one night!

The restaurant in the staff were very good

I booked a suite which was clearly described as having a separate bedroom, this is important because I don’t sleep well and can disturb my partner. There was no separate bedroom, merely a seating area. The room was right on the road and the cobbled roads made vehicle noise a nuisance. The room was decorated in a very particular style and was extremely dark throughout. Even with all the lights on it was simply depressing to be in the room. Also there were a number of diffusers creating an unpleasant smell. I suspect that to a particular audience this room would be wonderful, but I don’t believe it works at all for the general hotel staying population..
