Great views from window, so convenient to everything, bathtub. And good space in our room. They had a self check in system that worked fine, and had staff avail to help if required

Great central location, very comfortable bed, and clean room. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the stay.

The room was quite spacious, and the absolute highlight was the view — truly incredible. The city view from my room was absolutely beautiful and definitely one of the best parts of the stay. Breakfast was also good, with a fairly varied selection and plenty of options. Not exceptional, but definitely enjoyable. Overall, the room was comfortable and I was quite satisfied with my stay.

My room had a connecting door to the room next door. Although it was locked, the sound insulation was quite poor, and I could clearly hear the people in the other room talking. I assume they could hear me as well, which was not ideal in terms of privacy. I also found the housekeeping system unnecessarily complicated. If you wanted your room cleaned or your towels changed, you had to request it by scanning a QR code. For a hotel of this category, I would expect housekeeping to be handled more proactively, without guests having to make an online request. Some of the appliances and furnishings in the room also felt slightly dated, although everything was functional.

Location right near the metro and the staff were very friendly.

For this price the room was very small and cramped for 3 people.
