We stayed for one night prior to cruise departure. The staff were helpful, friendly. All room and amenities spaces were clean and neat. When we thought that we'd left something behind, all email responses were quick and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance to food, activities, and the cruise ship pier.

the room was mostly clean, just kind of damages on the walls and such, very nice bathroom, and very close to a tram stop if you’re looking for public transit. the front desk isn’t always staffed but there’s a literal ring doorbell and everyone i spoke with was very kind!

Everything was perfect - clean room, friendly staff, great location, large bathroom and room, great little touches like coffee, fruit and filter water available
