Great location and as foot passengers on the ferry to France was easy to walk from ferry terminal . Staff very helpful and friendly. Happy faces . Breakfast very good selection . Great to be able to have early check in without costing a fortune .room had hot plate , large fridge etc so could cook if you didn’t want to eat out .
Room was by the lift so lost a bit of space .

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The staff are friendly and polite and welcoming. They spoke very good English also which made check in and breakfast very smooth and pleasant and was appreciated. The location is excellent. Right next to the sea front and a short walk to the walls. Parking was located close by and it was a short drive to the ferry port. The beds were very comfortable.
Nothing really .The suite was a good size for the 4 of us. I did find a few random hairs in the bathroom. Other than that the room was clean.

Well positioned for the city and ferry links
Nobody on reception, the number left didn’t work. When reception did arrive not particularly knowledgeable. Looked like the property had a poor refurb, wouldn’t class as 4 star
