We loved our stay at Woodland Glen Lodge B&B....peaceful, quiet, close enough to Hokitika and other amazing spots on the West Coast. A beautiful lodge with so much character, beautiful and comfortable decor, cosy and warm. Our bedroom was huge and we didn't actually realise there was anyone else at the Lodge, it was so private and quiet. Anne and Fraser are the most accommodating and loveliest hosts. They have thought of everything you would need and the room had lovely seating, a huge bathroom, great shower and comfy bed. Even little details were thought of with the eco friendly toiletries. Breakfast was absolutely 5 star chefs kiss, with eggs from Anne and Frasers chickens. We enjoyed the Hokitika region..... Hokitika Gorge was a highlight along with sunset at the Hokitika beach. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again.

Fabulous B&B just outside of Hokitika, perfect stop along our travels in NZ. Anne and Fraser were very warm and welcoming, and cooked us a delicious breakfast with local ingredients.

Fraser and Anne were excellent hosts. The room was very private, clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was the best we had on our trip in NZ.

The shower was tiny.
